What's in the Kit

Each Exazym® Reagent Kit includes everything you need to run BOLD signal amplification on your standard ELISA:

• Exazym® ClickChem Conjugation Kit — Conjugate the oligo-dT primer to your detector antibody using click chemistry
• Exazym® Polymerase Reaction Kit — Perform the polymerase reaction that builds the signal-amplifying oligo ladder
• Exazym® Detection Kit — Detect the amplified signal using your existing plate reader

The process adds approximately 30-60 minutes to your existing workflow. No new instruments. No new software.

Availability
Kits are available on a limited basis. Cavidi will evaluate applications based on assay fit and technical merit. We will contact selected applicants to arrange the shipment of the kit.
