Cavidi specializes in improving ELISA sensitivity with BOLD technology, a simple add-on to your standard ELISA workflow. Our team will optimize your assay to achieve at least a 20-fold improvement in performance.

How it works

• To start, we’ll have a brief consultation to understand your objectives and ensure a good fit.
• You’ll send your ELISA components—such as capture and detector antibodies and analyte standards—to Cavidi for expert integration of BOLD technology.
• Our team will conjugate the oligo-dT primer to your detector antibody using click chemistry, then test and refine the full workflow.
• Once optimized, we’ll ship the conjugated materials and detailed protocol back.

Availability & Evaluation

• Limited to three projects.
• Cavidi will evaluate applications based on internal criteria, including (but not limited to) assay functionality, technical merit, and expected project outcome.
